Russian YouTuber Soviet Girl in Seoul, with 1.07 million subscribers, confessed that she profited from investing in U.S. stocks thanks to a netizen’s advice.

She recently posted a video on her YouTube channel titled “Revealing My Nvidia Stock Returns.”

She said, “I ran out of money and had to come back, but the secret that kept me going for two years was thanks to the god of stocks. I had a lot of worries when I first started making money. I couldn’t entrust it to my mom and didn’t trust banks.”

She continued, “But being a star, there weren’t just one or two people around me claiming they knew the winning lottery numbers. Then, this weird person appeared and kept telling me to invest in U.S. stocks daily, so I ignored it.”

The netizen used a profile picture labeled Pie and consistently commented for four years, “Just buy the top three U.S. stocks. Invest $800 in each, and you’ll understand over time,” “Use your ad revenue to buy stocks like Apple, Nvidia, Qualcomm, TSMC, IBM, and Alphabet,” “I’ve been tirelessly telling you to buy U.S. stocks,” “Do you hold any U.S. stocks?” “Buy U.S. stocks.”

At the time, Kris, engrossed in her computer, finally gave in to the netizen’s persistence and purchased Nvidia and AMD stocks. Kris revealed, “Now, four years later, my return on Nvidia stocks is 1045.42%.”

Kris also said, “Pie once said, ‘If you hold verified U.S. stocks for a long time, you’ll be rewarded.’ Thanks to him, I’m taking money from foreigners and donating daily to Korean food delivery.”

Despite this, she lamented, “If I had just invested a little more money, I wouldn’t have to do YouTube anymore. If Pie had given me more detailed advice, I would’ve sold everything, including my grandmother’s house, and gone all in. That part is disappointing. Give me back my lost bag.”

Finally, Kris laughed, “Wait! Don’t worry. My investment was a small amount so that everyone can go to sleep at night.”
