A meme suggesting that world peace could be achieved through the marriage of Barron Trump, the youngest son of former U.S. President Donald Trump, and Kim Ju-ae, daughter of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, has been gaining traction on social media.

On Wednesday, doctored images depicting Barron Trump and Kim Ju-ae as a couple on the verge of marriage went viral on platforms such as Facebook and X (formerly Twitter).

The manipulated images show the pair standing shoulder to shoulder, forming heart shapes with their hands against a backdrop of the American and North Korean flags.

Adding a satirical element, the images feature former President Trump and Chairman Kim in the foreground, both sporting disgruntled and disapproving expressions.

The posts are accompanied by captions proclaiming that Barron Trump must wed Kim Ju-ae to ensure world peace.

As tensions escalate in the Middle East due to conflicts involving the U.S., Israel, and Iran, social media users have offered varied responses. Some quip that this could be the simplest path to global harmony, while others suggest it might unexpectedly resolve nuclear disputes. However, critics argue that using minors as subjects for political satire is inappropriate.

This isn’t the first time such satirical content has circulated. When former President Trump expressed interest in acquiring Greenland, social media buzzed with jokes about marrying Barron Trump to Danish Princess Isabella to secure Greenland as a dowry.

Barron Trump, born in 2006, is the youngest child of Donald and Melania Trump and is reportedly a student at New York University. Kim Ju-ae, daughter of Kim Jong Un and Ri Sol-ju, has been thrust into the spotlight at North Korean missile tests and military parades, fueling speculation about potential succession plans.
