It’s at the forefront of rapidly implementing and validating NVIDIA’s powerful infrastructure and stack in real industrial settings. Following the success in North America and Japan, it’s now planning to combine NVIDIA’s infrastructure with Superb AI’s vision for artificial intelligence (AI) in the Asian market. In an interview with News1 on June 19, Kim Hyun-soo, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Superb AI, revealed that they’ve entered a phase of active discussions about the go-to-market strategy, following the recent GTC Taipei event. It’s proud to be a partner that swiftly applies NVIDIA’s Video Analytics Solution (VAS) to industrial scenarios.

Kim explained that Superb AI is moving beyond proof of concept (PoC) to a stage where they share data gathered from real-world environments with NVIDIA, enhancing the overall ecosystem.

It serves as the execution arm, creating references for manufacturing and logistics environments, and feeding field-verified expertise back into the platform, Kim elaborated. This virtuous cycle of incorporating proven know-how into the platform is crucial.

Superb AI is gaining global recognition through its collaboration with NVIDIA. The company was named a partner in NVIDIA’s Physical AI Ecosystem at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026and secured a spot in the GTC Taipei 2026 Partner Ecosystem.

NVIDIA Emerges as a Physical AI Partner through GTC and CES
Kim expressed that the team felt immensely proud when our vision and physical AI capabilities were officially showcased on the global stage. He added that their collaboration, which integrates NVIDIA’s infrastructure with Superb AI’s vision and physical AI, is now taking concrete shape.

Kim highlighted flexible design and full-stack services as Superb AI’s key differentiators.

The vision AI model is designed to be hardware and environment-agnostic, Kim stated. It offers end-to-end services, from consulting and design to continuous model performance improvement. He also mentioned that their engagement with startups in key Asian markets like Taiwan, Singapore, and Indonesia through NVIDIA’s Inception Network is part of their expansion strategy.

Superb AI aims to establish itself as an intelligence layer that swiftly and efficiently applies AI to industrial settings, developing standardized approaches tailored to each country’s unique industrial landscape.

Participating in the Korean-native Foundation Model LG AI Research Institute consortium, Superb AI leads vision AI model development
In Korea, Superb AI is contributing to the Ministry of Science and ICT’s national AI foundation model project. Within the LG AI Research Institute consortium, they’re focusing on generating three-dimensional (3D) digital twin-based data and constructing synthetic datasets.

Kim emphasized that the experience in directly collecting, curating, and synthesizing real-world data is a core strength in physical AI. The expertise in handling data quality standards at a national project level has built technical trust in the collaborations with NVIDIA.

He stressed that the competitive edge lies in how quickly it can implement AI that functions effectively in industrial settings. The key is responding rapidly to market demands through flexible design.

Jensen Huang’s Korea Visit Affirms the Status of Korean Physical AI
Kim attended the Korea AI Ecosystem Reception hosted by NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang at Seoul’s Shilla Hotel on June 8. He unexpectedly served as an interpreter during a conversation between Science and ICT Minister Lee Kwan-sup and CEO Huang.

The interpretation wasn’t planned; it happened on the spot, Kim recalled. It wasn’t a heavy policy negotiation, but rather an exchange of congratulatory messages. He felt honored to facilitate smooth communication during this significant moment between government and global corporate leaders. He believes it demonstrated the seriousness of the commitment to building the AI ecosystem in Korea.

Reflecting on the event, Kim noted that it was striking to see global companies and investors focusing on the technological prowess of Korean AI startups. He added that CEO Huang praised Korea as a unique country with strengths in software, electronics, and heavy industry, highlighting the cultural traits of its people who pursue both technological excellence and completeness. This recognition underscores the potential of the Korean AI ecosystem.

Kim repeatedly stressed the importance of establishing references as a key task for the Korean physical AI ecosystem. He argued that securing global competitiveness requires more than just collaborative rhetoric; it demands a structured execution involving clear role divisions among large corporations, startups, and the government.

Large companies must provide the field experience and data, startups need to implement cutting-edge technology, and the government should create initial demand and verification environments. This ecosystem structure is essential for securing global competitiveness. Superb AI’s simultaneous pursuit of national projects and global collaborations aims to forge these crucial connections.
