Apple has unveiled a new platform called Apple Business that integrates essential functions for business operations.

The service will be rolled out globally on April 14, reaching over 200 countries and regions.

Apple Business is a comprehensive platform that merges features from Apple Business Manager, Apple Business Essentials, and Apple Business Connect. This all-in-one solution enables companies to manage device control, collaboration, and brand operations through a unified interface.

The platform comes with built-in mobile device management (MDM) capabilities. Businesses can utilize the ‘Blueprints’ feature to preconfigure employee groups, security settings, and app deployments. This facilitates zero-touch deployment, allowing immediate device use without additional setup.

The service also provides custom domain-based work email and calendar services, fostering seamless communication and collaboration within organizations.

Brand management features are included in the platform. Companies can directly control their logos, location information, and promotions across various Apple services such as Maps, Wallet, and Mail. Additionally, they can access insights into customer search and visit data.

The platform supports integration with external authentication services like Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID, streamlining account creation and user management.

Apple is offering this platform at no cost. Current paid subscribers of Business Essentials will see their device management fees waived starting in April. Existing service data will be automatically migrated to Apple Business.
