The Food and Drug Administration announced March 20 that it had taken administrative action against four products across the pharmaceutical and personal care sectors.
The agency imposed a three-month suspension of manufacturing operations on a herbal patch product, citing violations of regulations governing management responsibilities between drug consignors and consignees.
The FDA also issued a one-month sales suspension for two antibiotic tablets for failing to update required drug identification markings.
In a separate action, the agency handed down a 15-day sales suspension for a line of bidet wet wipes for violating prohibitions on cosmetic sales.
