OpenAI’s artificial intelligence (AI) service, ChatGPT, experienced a service outage where users were unable to log in or receive proper responses. The issue has since been resolved.
OpenAI reported that the ChatGPT site went down around 9:03 a.m. (Korean time) on Thursday, causing registration and login errors.
The company acknowledged that users were experiencing login problems with the service.
Even when users could access the ChatGPT app or website, they encountered errors where the system failed to generate responses to their queries.
OpenAI stated that they implemented corrective measures around 9:25 a.m. (Korean time) that same day and were actively monitoring the recovery process.
