BTS, the global K-pop sensation, is set to bring their Kaohsiung and Jakarta world tour concerts to theaters worldwide.
Big Hit Music, the group’s management company, announced that live viewings of BTS’s Arirang world tour will be available for the Kaohsiung and Jakarta shows.
The live viewing events will feature the second concert in Kaohsiung on November 21 and the third concert in Jakarta on December 29. Fans in over 80 countries and regions can experience the performances either in real-time or through delayed broadcasts.
The Kaohsiung concert will be screened on approximately 3,300 screens, while the Jakarta show will reach around 2,800 screens. In South Korea, fans can catch the live viewing at major theater chains including CGV, Lotte Cinema, and Megabox.
Live viewing brings the concert experience to the big screen, allowing fans to feel the energy of the live performance. BTS has previously offered live viewings for their shows in Goyang, Busan, Tokyo, Buenos Aires, and São Paulo during this world tour.
The septet will take the stage at Kaohsiung National Stadium for three shows on November 19 and 21-22. They’ll then head to Jakarta’s Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium for performances on December 26-27 and 29.
BTS dropped their fifth studio album, Arirang, in March and launched this world tour in April with shows in Goyang, South Korea. Last month, they wrapped up a successful South American leg, performing 14 concerts across five cities and drawing a staggering 853,000 fans.
The group’s Asian tour leg kicks off on November 19, with 15 shows planned across five cities. Starting in Kaohsiung, they’ll move on to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Jakarta, continuing to captivate audiences across the continent.
