Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Korea announced on July 18 that it is launching the New Discovery 2024 Model, the seven-seater family sports utility vehicle (SUV).
The New Discovery will be released in a total of four trims, including P360 Dynamic HSE, P300 S new trim, D300 Dynamic HSE, and D250 S. JLR explained that the reconfiguration of trims and adjustments to some trim specifications have increased customer convenience.
The vehicle has enhanced its identity as a full-size family SUV. The second-row seats can slide back and forth up to 160mm and have an electric recline function. The third-row seats can be operated manually or electrically. It has a maximum cargo space of 2391 liters, and the tailgate opens wide and high, making it easy to load large items.
At the center of the console is an 11.4-inch touchscreen equipped with a PIVI Pro infotainment system, which allows for fast and intuitive operation. The new P360 Dynamic HSE trim has convenience features such as a cabin air purification plus system, adaptive driving beam, UV protection windshield, and Meridian sound system.
The New Discovery combines Ingenium 3.0L I6 gasoline and diesel engines with 48-volt (V) mild hybrid technology to improve driving performance and efficiency. Electronic air suspension and adaptive dynamics are standard, providing excellent body control and ride comfort. The price starts at $67,950.
