Oracle Corporation announced on Friday that Elon Musk’s xAI is now offering its Grok model through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

The two tech giants unveiled their partnership on Tuesday, integrating OCI’s generative AI service infrastructure with the Grok model.

Through OCI’s generative AI service, xAI is showcasing various applications of the Grok model, including content creation, research, and business process automation.

Looking ahead, xAI plans to leverage OCI’s AI infrastructure for training and executing inference tasks for the next generation of Grok models.

Jimmy Ba, co-founder of xAI, stated that Oracle’s cutting-edge data platform will turbocharge Grok3’s impact in the enterprise sector. He expressed enthusiasm about their partnership with Oracle, which is set to redefine what enterprise-grade AI can achieve.

Greg Pavlik, Oracle’s Executive Vice President of OCI AI and Data Management Services, highlighted the benefits of the collaboration, noting that by joining forces with xAI, they’re offering businesses looking to deploy state-of-the-art AI technologies a wider range of options and greater flexibility.
