SONO International is set to become an official partner for BTS’s New York project. The company will operate the 33 Hotel by SONO Calm in New York as the official collaboration hotel, offering themed rooms and immersive experiences targeting global fans and tourists. This strategic move aims to bolster the company’s overseas hotel brand competitiveness and propel it towards becoming a global hospitality leader.

SONO International announced on Tuesday that it has inked an official partnership for the BTS THE CITY ARIRANG – New York project.

This global event, celebrating BTS’s New York concert, will see the 33 Hotel by SONO Calm rolling out themed rooms and special food and beverage (F&B) programs from July 24 to August 9. The hotel will offer BTS-themed amenities and a range of experiential programs for international visitors.

Guests will receive a BTS THE CITY ARIRANG Passport at check-in, allowing them to complete missions while exploring iconic New York landmarks like the Brooklyn Bridge and Pier 17 through interactive experiences.

The 33 Hotel by SONO Calm is a luxurious five-star property boasting 66 rooms in Manhattan’s trendy Seaport District. It offers stunning views of the East River and Brooklyn Bridge, and is conveniently located next to Pier 17, a vibrant cultural and entertainment hub hosting over 100 events annually.

SONO International is aggressively expanding its global footprint, with operations spanning New York, Hawaii, Guam, Washington D.C., France, and various locations across the Asia-Pacific region. This collaboration serves as a platform to showcase the company’s prowess in global hotel management and to strengthen its position in international markets.

A spokesperson for SONO International stated that they’re committed to continually expanding the portfolio of unique, globally-oriented experiences that the customers can directly engage with and enjoy.
