ZEEKR Korea has officially begun delivering its mid-size electric SUV, the 7X, to domestic customers, the company announced on Thursday.

This milestone comes just 1 year and 8 months after ZEEKR Korea established its corporation in February 2025. The first 7X vehicle was delivered to SK On on Wednesday.

The inaugural vehicle features the top-of-the-line Ultra trim, equipped with a 100 kWh nickel-cobalt-manganese (NCM) battery supplied by CATL. The dual-motor powertrain, with electric motors integrated into both the front and rear axles, generates an impressive 645 horsepower and 534 lb-ft (72.4 kg·m) of torque.

Leveraging its all-wheel drive (AWD) system, the 7X demonstrates remarkable performance, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h (about 0 to 62 mph) in just 3.9 seconds. The vehicle also boasts a competitive range of 440 km (about 273 miles) on a single charge, based on South Korean certification standards under normal temperature conditions.

Both ZEEKR and SK On emphasized that this initial delivery does not imply any future battery supply agreements between the companies. An SK On spokesperson stated that it plans to use the 7X for various business purposes and will offer the employees opportunities to experience the vehicle firsthand.

ZEEKR Korea’s 7X lineup includes two additional trims alongside the Ultra. The Pro trim features a proprietary 75 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, while the Max trim utilizes the same battery as the Ultra. Both the Pro and Max trims are equipped with a rear-wheel-drive single motor configuration, producing 421 horsepower and 332 lb-ft (45 kg·m) of torque. These models offer ranges of 375 km (about 233 miles) and 483 km (about 300 miles) respectively, based on South Korean certification standards.

The ZEEKR 7X is priced competitively in the South Korean market, with the Pro (RWD) starting at 52.99 million KRW (approximately 40,000 USD), the Max (RWD) at 59.99 million KRW (approximately 45,400 USD), and the range-topping Ultra (AWD) at 69.99 million KRW (approximately 53,000 USD).
