EASY BIO, a subsidiary of a global feed additive specialist, announced on the 19th that it has acquired 100% of the shares in Nutribins, a U.S. functional feed additive company, through its American subsidiary Devenish North America.
This strategic acquisition aims to bolster EASY BIO’s foothold in the North American livestock and feed additive market while enhancing its competitiveness in functional feed additives and nutritional solutions.
Nutribins, established in 2019 by animal nutrition experts in California, has been providing science-based, practical nutritional solutions to improve productivity and sustainability in the livestock industry.
The company has rapidly expanded its presence in the U.S. feed additive market by leveraging its technical expertise, R&D capabilities, sourcing high-quality raw materials, and superior customer support.
Through this acquisition, EASY BIO plans to create synergies by integrating the products, technologies, and market networks of Devenish NA and Nutribins. The combination of Devenish NA’s research foundation and Nutribins’ raw material solutions is expected to significantly enhance competitiveness in sustainability, animal health, and production efficiency.
