Hankook & Company, the business-holding company of the Hankook & Company Group, announced on Wednesday that it has revamped the Hankook Battery website to enhance convenience and information accessibility for its battery customers.
The most significant change is the introduction of a vehicle-specific battery recommendation feature. Customers can now enter their vehicle’s license plate number in a pop-up window on the main screen to receive recommendations for suitable battery products.
The content structure has also been reorganized with a user-centric approach. Moving away from a technology- and materials-focused explanation, the new classification system reflects real-world usage environments, allowing users to easily identify the features and benefits of both automotive and industrial battery products.
From a design perspective, the new brand identity (BI) has been incorporated. The tagline Charge in Motion captures the essence of the battery business, while a new story page conveys brand messages centered on technology, customer-first principles, sustainable growth, and a forward-looking vision.
A representative from Hankook & Company stated that it focused on expanding communication with the customers through the website overhaul. It will continue to strengthen the competitiveness as a specialized battery brand through various channels.
