KATSEYE, the global girl group formed by HYBE and Geffen Records, is set to mesmerize audiences with its enchanting appeal.
KATSEYE released its second single, “Touch,” accompanied by its music video on the 26th at 1 p.m. KST (Korean Standard Time).
“Touch” features a delicate melody in the upbeat pop genre, highlighting all six members’ dreamy and distinctive vocal tones. Unlike its high-energy debut single “Debut,” which premiered on June 28, this track offers a softer, more captivating allure. KATSEYE skillfully explores the intricate nuances of love through the song’s lyrics, showcasing the refined vocal styles of each member.
The track boasts collaborations with Internationally acclaimed musicians, including Blake Slatkin, recognized for his work with Charlie Puth, Sam Smith, and Lizzo; Norwegian DJ and producer Cashmere Cat; Omer Fedi, known for collaborations with The Kid LAROI and Lil Nas X; and Australian producer Taka Perry.
Just a month after its debut, KATSEYE continues to build on its initial success by releasing its second single. On August 21, the Netflix documentary series Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE will spotlight the unique training and development programs offered by HYBE and Geffen Records. The series will delve into the singular process of forming a girl group and their journey to achieving global stardom.
