The new duet “APT.” by BLACKPINK’s Rosé and pop star Bruno Mars, has held the top spot on Billboard’s main Global 200 chart for two weeks in a row.

Billboard, the leading music industry publication, announced via its official social media platforms on Monday that Rosé and Bruno Mars’ duet “APT” ranked number one on both the Global 200 and Global 200 (excluding the US) charts.

“APT.” is the pre-release track from Rosé’s first full solo album. It was inspired by the widely known “Apartment Game” in South Korea. The song features an upbeat sound, with Bruno Mars contributing to elevating its quality.

Since its release on October 18, the song has dominated domestic and international music charts. It reached number one on various South Korean music charts, such as Genie and Melon, and secured second place on the UK Official Singles Chart Top 100 (as of November 1).

Also, girl group aespa’s new song “Whiplash” has made a strong presence by reaching fifth place on Billboard’s Global 200 and eighth place on the Global 200 (excluding the US) chart. BLACKPINK’s Jennie’s solo track “Mantra” also reached sixth place on the Global 200 and seventh on the Global 200 (excluding the US) chart.
