EverEx, a digital healthcare company specializing in musculoskeletal health, is ramping up its business expansion through strategic investments from domestic pharmaceutical and tech firms. The company is broadening its reach from digital therapeutic devices used in hospitals to corporate and consumer-focused musculoskeletal management solutions, simultaneously targeting both domestic and international markets.

Industry sources reported on Monday that EverEx has developed and commercialized four solutions (MORA Care, MORA Vu, MORACure, and MORA Ex) based on its musculoskeletal rehabilitation treatment brand, MORA.

MORA offers an extensive library of approximately 3,000 exercise movements and over 200 exercise programs covering ten body areas, including the neck, back, knees, and shoulders. A key advantage is Griffin, their proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) posture estimation model. Using a smartphone camera, Griffin can extract 24 joint points to estimate posture in real-time, enabling precise movement analysis for rehabilitation treatment anywhere. This positions EverEx as a comprehensive platform for the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions.

The collaboration with Daewoong Pharmaceutical marks a significant milestone in EverEx’s commercialization strategy. Following a strategic investment of 4 billion KRW (about 2.9 million USD) from Daewoong Investment and Naver last November, EverEx is now pursuing domestic distribution partnerships with Daewoong Pharmaceutical. This move establishes a foundation for entering the medical market beyond mere technology development. The investment has boosted EverEx’s total funding to approximately 27 billion KRW (about 19.6 million USD).

Daewoong Pharmaceutical plans to leverage its distribution network and sales and marketing expertise to support MORA Cure’s entry into the domestic market. Both companies aim to expand their collaboration to include indication expansion, product development, building a digital rehabilitation ecosystem, and leveraging treatment efficiency data.

EverEx’s recent appearance at Daewoong Pharmaceutical’s booth during 2026 K-Hospital + Health Tech Fair (KHF 2026) aligns with this strategy. This marks a shift from the traditional approach of digital healthcare startups showcasing their technology independently. Instead, EverEx is positioning itself as a business partner capable of entering the medical field alongside a major pharmaceutical company’s established sales network.

EverEx’s growth strategy extends beyond the domestic market. In a recent interview in San Francisco, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Yoon Chan identified the U.S. remote therapy monitoring market as a key growth area.

The vast geography of the U.S., coupled with a shortage of physical therapists, has created a significant demand for remote rehabilitation services to improve patient access to treatment.

EverEx launched its U.S. operations in 2024 by signing a solution supply contract with Genko Medical, a U.S.-based surgical device company. The company’s remote rehabilitation monitoring solution is now registered as a medical device in the U.S., with expansion efforts focused on local hospitals and physical therapy centers.

EverEx continues to showcase its technical prowess in the global market. The company received an innovation award at Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026 and participated in a global investor relations event in San Francisco, expanding its network with international investors. Notably, EverEx aims to evolve its U.S. strategy beyond product exports to a business model targeting local medical institutions.

EverEx’s next hurdle is revenue growth. Success in the digital therapeutic device market requires more than just innovative technology and clinical efficacy. It demands integration with hospital prescription practices, patient adoption, insurance and reimbursement systems, and securing corporate clients.

To address this challenge, EverEx is simultaneously targeting both the medical institution market and the corporate sector. In hospitals, the company aims to penetrate the treatment space with MORA Cure and remote rehabilitation solutions. For the corporate sector, EverEx offers services focused on the prevention and management of musculoskeletal disorders. This dual approach capitalizes on the growing recognition of musculoskeletal issues as significant health concerns not only for the elderly but also in industries with repetitive labor, presenting opportunities for market expansion.

CEO Yoon has set an ambitious goal to increase this year’s revenue fivefold compared to last year. The company’s future valuation will largely depend on how effectively it can leverage Daewoong Pharmaceutical’s domestic distribution network, Naver’s technological and data capabilities, and EverEx’s AI-based rehabilitation technology to drive tangible revenue growth.
