Sandara Park, a former member of the K-pop group 2NE1, has taken a firm stance against online trolls.

On September 6, ARA DNAS, Park’s agency, released a statement via their official social media channels: It has gathered substantial evidence regarding malicious posts and acts infringing on the rights of the artist, Sandara Park. It’s currently pursuing criminal complaints and civil damage claims through the legal representatives.

The agency further cautioned that it will identify and hold accountable those who repeatedly spread false information or create defamatory posts, employing all available legal measures, regardless of whether the platform is domestic or international.

They emphasized that even if posts are deleted or accounts are closed, legal proceedings will continue based on the evidence already collected. It will maintain a zero-tolerance policy for all rights violations, not only for cases already reported but also for any future incidents, without leniency, settlements, or withdrawals.

Sandara Park rose to fame as a member of 2NE1, which debuted in 2009. The group garnered immense popularity with hit songs like “Fire,” “I Don’t Care,” and “I Am the Best.” In 2023, Park embarked on her solo career.
