CJ Foodville’s restaurant chain, Cheiljemyunso, is rolling out a new menu for the fall season, embracing the concept of Autumn’s Bountiful Flavors: A Feast from Land and Sea, as announced on Tuesday.
As the crisp autumn air settles in, there’s a growing appetite for warm soups and hearty hot pots. Cheiljemyunso is seizing this opportunity by introducing seasonally-inspired dishes to capture the fall dining crowd.
The new menu is a diverse spread, featuring everything from comforting broths to set meals for solo diners or couples, and even lavish spreads for group gatherings. It showcases fall’s finest ingredients, including octopus, seafood, and mushrooms. What’s clever about this menu is how it caters to various dining occasions – from full meals to light bites and drink pairings.
The Autumn Duo Set, designed for two to enjoy together, features a whole octopus seafood kalguksu, spicy shabu-shabu kalguksu, and Chungcheong-style beef pancakes. The single-serving Autumn Delicacies Platter includes a seasonal cold salad, seasonal kalguksu, beef pancakes, gamtae oranda, and schisandra tea, all served on one platter.
The Autumn Elegance Gathering, designed for evening get-togethers, consists of a spicy mushroom and beef hot pot, seafood water dropwort pancakes, and CJ CheilJedang’s K-distilled liquor jari Munbaesul 24. The menu also features a seasonal traditional liquor sampler, schisandra makgeolli, and traditional liquor cocktails to cater to the demand for pairing food with drinks.
A CJ Foodville representative said that this fall, it hopes people will enjoy the flavors of the season—rich with seasonal ingredients—at Cheiljemyunso, whether it’s a hearty meal or a gathering with friends and family over food and drinks.
