Dell Technologies has expanded its Dell Technologies AI Factory portfolio to drive enterprise AI innovation.
On Tuesday, at Dell Technologies World 2025 in Las Vegas, the company unveiled a range of offerings, including energy-efficient AI infrastructure, an enhanced partner ecosystem, and specialized AI implementation services.
The Dell Technologies AI Factory provides comprehensive AI infrastructure solutions spanning PCs, edge devices, data centers, and cloud environments.
A Dell Technologies spokesperson highlighted that on-premises large language model (LLM) inference can be up to 62% more cost-efficient than public cloud alternatives. They emphasized the company’s commitment to helping businesses of all sizes deploy secure and manageable AI workloads.
At the event, Dell Technologies introduced its proprietary PowerCool Enclosed Rear Door Heat Exchanger (eRDHx). This innovative solution captures 100% of the heat generated by IT equipment, potentially slashing cooling energy costs by up to 60%.
The company also unveiled new AI server products, the PowerEdge XE9785 and XE9785L, featuring AMD Instinct MI350 GPUs. Dell claims these GPUs, with 288GB of HBM3e memory per unit, deliver up to 35 times better AI inference performance than previous generations.
Dell’s enhanced Data Lakehouse offers improved AI-optimized dataset creation and query capabilities, facilitating more effective AI utilization.
The tech giant also showcased Linear Pluggable Optics for high-performance computing (HPC) and AI fabric, alongside AI security and resilience services designed to protect entire AI infrastructures.
In parallel, Dell Technologies launched AI platforms leveraging AMD and Intel. These platforms incorporate cutting-edge innovations like the AMD ROCm open software stack and Intel’s Gaudi3 AI accelerator, enhancing support for complex workloads and LLMs.
Dell Technologies representatives emphasized their collaborations with AI partners, including Cohere, Google, Meta, Glean, and Mistral AI. These partnerships enable integrated support for various AI solutions, from on-premises LLMs and Google Gemini to distributed cloud services, Meta’s LLaMA4 models, and Glean-based enterprise search capabilities.
Kim Kyung Jin, CEO of Dell Technologies Korea, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to supporting organizations of all sizes in seamlessly adopting AI technologies, from AI-enabled PCs to advanced data center solutions.
