LG Electronics’ ultra-premium built-in appliance brand, SKS, has impressed global food enthusiasts with its cutting-edge kitchen experience.
They announced that SKS was the sole official sponsor among appliance brands at the Food & Wine Classic, held from June 20 to 22 in Aspen, Colorado.
The Food & Wine Classic is a yearly culinary extravaganza organized by Food & Wine magazine, a Time publication. This year’s event drew over 70 celebrity chefs and food industry experts from around the world, featuring more than 40 mouthwatering cooking demonstrations and a diverse array of tasting events.
Making its Food & Wine Classic debut, LG Electronics dazzled over 4,000 booth visitors with its impressive SKS product lineup.
The showstoppers included the groundbreaking Pro Range (the first in the industry to combine gas stove, induction cooktop, and sous-vide cooking), a sleek French Door Refrigerator boasting five temperature zones and a chic metallic finish, and a Built-In Oven with gourmet artificial intelligence (AI) that scans your ingredients and serves up personalized recipes. Visitors were also treated to live cooking demos that highlighted SKS’s flavor-enhancing tech prowess.
LG Electronics turned up the heat by hosting star-studded seminars with culinary heavyweights, including James Beard Award winner Stephanie Izard. A particular crowd-pleaser was the seminar, “The Evolution of Sous Vide, Steam, and Searing Techniques,” co-hosted with celebrated food writer Mark Bittman, which drew over 150 eager attendees.
In a bold move to conquer the global built-in appliance market, LG Electronics has rebranded its ultra-premium kitchen line from Signature Kitchen Suite to SKS, a sleeker and more modern designation.
