Former U.S. President Donald Trump raked in over 100 million KRW (about 64,770 USD) in pension payments last year from organizations like the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), thanks to his appearances in films and television (TV) shows such as Home Alone 2, Forbes reported on Wednesday.
According to Trump’s 2025 financial disclosure report, released by the U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE), the former president received 77,808 USD in pension payments from SAG, averaging about 6,484 USD per month.
Trump became eligible for SAG membership and pension benefits after his cameo in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York back in 1992.
He also pocketed an annual pension of 8,724 USD from the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), which he joined in 1989.
The report also revealed that Trump earned less than 201 USD in residuals from appearances in various shows, including The Apprentice, The Nanny, Sex and the City, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Forbes noted that Trump continues to receive benefits from both unions, despite having lost his membership five years ago.
In 2021, Trump voluntarily resigned from the unions as they were moving to expel him following the January 6 Capitol riot, stating that he no longer wish to be associated with the unions.
However, federal law ensures that Trump still receives benefits, including pensions, even after losing his union membership. Reports indicate that he collected 102,408 USD from the two unions in 2024.
In a separate financial revelation, Trump reportedly earned over 2.2 billion USD in annual income last year, with 1.4 billion USD stemming from cryptocurrency ventures run by the Trump family.
