SM Entertainment (hereinafter SM) has finally unveiled its new boy group, making its debut in the UK.

In collaboration with Kakao Entertainment’s North American subsidiary and the UK entertainment company MOON&BACK (hereinafter M&B), SM successfully held a press conference on the morning of the 1st at the Soho Hotel in London to launch the UK boy group, Dear Alice.

During the event, they showcased the first episode of a six-part TV series titled Made in Korea: The K-Pop Experience, detailing Dear Alice’s journey to debut. The series is set to air on BBC One and BBC iPlayer in August. They unveiled the team name and introduced the five members for the first time.

Dear Alice is a five-member band comprised of Blaise Noon, Dexter Greenwood, James Sharp, Oliver Quinn, and Reese Carter, all of whom are around 21 years old.

Blaise Noon, the youngest member, is from London and trained in acting, singing, and dancing at the Brit School for Performing Arts.

Dexter Greenwood, also from London, earned a degree in Musical Theatre from the D&B Academy of Performing Arts after three years of study.

James Sharp, originally from Huddersfield, has worked as a content creator.

Oliver Quinn, from Sunderland, was active as a choir member during his childhood.

Reese Carter, who hails from Wiltshire, has performed on cruise ships.

Meanwhile, Dear Alice plans to launch its activities with the BBC series Made in Korea: The K-Pop Experience in August, aiming to engage in the UK and global music markets actively.
