The film Harbin (directed by Woo Min Ho) is set to premiere on December 25.

CJ ENM announced that Harbin would be released on Christmas and unveiled its first official stills. The movie, set in 1909, portrays a gripping chase and web of suspicion between those heading to Harbin for a shared purpose and those pursuing them.

The released stills feature An Jung Geun (played by Hyun Bin), Woo Deok Soon (Park Jung Min), Kim Sang Hyun (Jo Woo Jin), Gong Bu In (Jeon Yeo Been), Mori Tatsuo (Park Hoon), Choi Jae Hyung (Yoo Jae Myung), and Lee Chang Seop (Lee Dong Wook). Capturing the tumultuous journey of independence fighters heading to Harbin, the images raise anticipation for iconic moments in the film.

Harbin boasts a stellar cast lineup, combining the distinct charisma of its actors to deliver flawless on-screen chemistry. Even in the released stills, the synergy and fresh energy of the ensemble cast are evident.

Foreign press who previewed the film at the Toronto International Film Festival praised it highly, with reviews describing it as a “captivating climax” (Variety), “beautiful action sequences” (Screen International), and a “skilled and highly competitive production” (But Why Tho? Harbin is the result of another collaboration between Hive Media Corp, the production company behind Spring in Seoul and Deliver Us from Evil, and director Woo Min Ho, known for his works The Man Standing Next and Inside Men. The film will be released on December 25.
