BLACKPINK has officially confirmed their return as a full group, announcing their upcoming 2025 World Tour.

On Thursday, BLACKPINK’s agency, YG Entertainment, posted a “BLACKPINK 2025 WORLD TOUR TEASER” on its official blog.

This marks the first teaser video signaling the group’s return approximately one year and five months after their BORN PINK tour.

The teaser features stunning visuals from their previous tour, showcasing the vast pink ocean of lightsticks filling massive concert venues and the overwhelming aura of the four members standing before the crowd. The phrase “2025 WORLD TOUR” appears on screen, reigniting excitement among fans worldwide and reminding them of the legendary girl group’s irreplaceable presence in the industry.

While specific details such as the tour schedule and venue locations have not yet been revealed, anticipation is already at its peak. As Yang Hyun Suk, YG’s executive producer, previously hinted at BLACKPINK’s comeback, the world tour announcement suggests that major projects are progressing smoothly, further fueling excitement among global fans.

Notably, BLACKPINK made history as the highest-grossing K-pop girl group world tour with their BORN PINK tour, which ran from October 2022 for about a year, covering 34 cities with 66 performances and drawing an estimated 1.8 million attendees. As BLACKPINK continues to solidify its position as a top global artist, all eyes are on how they will write the next chapter in history.

YG Entertainment stated, “To fully support BLACKPINK’s extensive group activities this year, we have established a dedicated project team internally, and preparations for their comeback are progressing rapidly.” They added, “2025 will be filled with large-scale projects worthy of BLACKPINK’s unparalleled global status, so we ask for your continued excitement and support.”
