Doosan Robotics has unveiled its artificial intelligencee (AI)-powered palletizing solution for the first time at North America’s largest automation and robotics exhibition, signaling its entry into the global automation market.

The company announced on Monday that it will participate in Automate 2026 in Chicago from June 22 to 25.

Automate, North America’s premier showcase for automation technology and robotics, brings together over 1,000 companies to display cutting-edge smart manufacturing technologies, including robotics, industrial AI, and machine vision.

At this event, Doosan Robotics will debut its AI-driven palletizing solution PalletizHD+. This innovative system integrates hardware, software, and user Apple lications, all powered by the company’s proprietary palletizing operating system, PalletizOS.

Palletizing involves stacking boxes and products onto pallets in logistics centers or production facilities. This labor-intensive field, known for its repetitive tasks, has seen a surge in demand for automation solutions using collaborative robots and AI.

The PalletizHD+ can handle up to 11 boxes per minute, leveraging AI-based pattern generation and Swift Move technology, which calculates optimal movement paths before execution. Its ability to transport multiple boxes simultaneously promises to boost logistics efficiency and accelerate the return on investment for automation projects.

Doosan Robotics will also showcase Scan&Go 2.0, first unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026 earlier this year. This solution equips robotic arms with physics-based AI and advanced 3D vision technology, enabling them to perform a variety of tasks autonomously. The company plans to demonstrate sanding and welding applications during the exhibition.

Additionally, the company will display its End-of-Line (EOL) solutions for automating final production processes such as palletizing, box assembly, and packaging. A robot training kit will also be on exhibit.

Kim Min-pyo, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Doosan Robotics, stated that this exhibition is an opportunity to demonstrate the intelligent automation capabilities through solutions that span palletizing, sanding, welding, and EOL automation. It’s committed to expanding the portfolio of solutions that integrate AI into real-world industrial settings, enabling our customers to experience tangible gains in productivity and efficiency.

In related news, Doosan Robotics recently established a new local entity in the U.S. by merging its subsidiary with OneXia at the end of last year. The company is actively pursuing business expansion, ramping up production capacity, and recruiting talent to strengthen its position in the North American robotics solution market.
