Chungha has unveiled a highlight medley offering fans an early preview of her highly anticipated new album.

On Wednesday, the singer released a video on her official YouTube channel and social media platforms showcasing snippets from all the tracks on her upcoming EP, Alivio.

The video starts with “Creepin,” a smooth R&B track that delves into the emotional turmoil of denying romantic feelings. It effortlessly transitions into “Salty,” featuring Sunmi, which delivers a powerful message of self-acceptance. Next is “Loyal,” a heartfelt track about finding that one ride-or-die person. It is followed by “STRESS,” an upbeat anthem encouraging listeners to live in the present.

Chungha also shows off her songwriting skills with “Beat of My Heart,” a fan dedication where she pours her heart out to her loyal supporters. “Even Steven (Happy Ending)” is a powerful anthem for overcoming trauma and embracing new beginnings. “Thanks for the Memories” explores the complex emotions after a breakup, offering comfort to those going through similar experiences, while “Still A Rose” cleverly samples Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons: Spring,” symbolizing beauty even in the face of adversity. This mix of eight tracks has fans buzzing with excitement.

The highlight medley is accompanied by a series of edgy, avant-garde concept photos that perfectly capture Alivio’s essence. These visuals and Chungha’s evolved sound and image add to the growing anticipation of her return.

Alivio, which translates to comfort and relief, is set to be a sonic journey through the stress of everyday life, the freedom that comes with releasing it, and the emotional journey in between. With her signature vocal style, Chungha plans to inspire and soothe listeners. The album drops on February 12 across all major streaming platforms.
