CJ Olive Young has announced plans to host the Olive Young Festa Los Angeles (LA) 2026 in conjunction with KCON LA 2026, set to take place from July 14-16 at the Los Angeles Convention Center in California.

This event marks a significant step in Olive Young’s U.S. expansion strategy, following the launch of its first stateside store in May. The company aims to deepen the K-beauty experience for American consumers through this festival. Olive Young has already established a presence in California, with its first store in Pasadena and a second location, Century City, opening in LA last month.

The upcoming festa promises to be a K-beauty extravaganza, transforming the convention space into an immersive playground. Visitors will be transported to the bustling streets of Seoul, allowing them to explore K-beauty brands in an authentic setting.

With 55 K-beauty and lifestyle brands participating, attendees can expect a treasure trove of products and interactive experiences. The heart of the event will feature a Store Zone – a replica of an Olive Young shop – showcasing a wide array of K-beauty must-haves.

Surrounding this central hub, the festival will recreate four of Seoul’s trendiest neighborhoods: Hongdae, Myeongdong, Seongsu, and Gangnam. Complete with Korean signage and even bus stops, these areas will offer signature Olive Young experiences, including high-tech skin scans.

In a move to support its partner brands, Olive Young has curated a range of programs to help smaller and indie labels connect with U.S. consumers. One standout initiative is the Beauty & Health Deep Dive series, where brands can showcase their star products and share their stories directly with attendees.

These intimate sessions will allow visitors to test products and engage in questions and answers (Q&As), fostering a sense of connection between brands and potential customers.

For participating brands looking to network and share insights, the Future Connect Lounge will serve as a hub for collaboration and knowledge exchange about breaking into the U.S. market.

By aligning with the globally recognized KCON LA 2026, Olive Young is strategically positioning K-beauty within the broader context of K-culture. This synergy aims to introduce K-beauty organically to fans of K-pop and K-food, while also expanding the interests of beauty enthusiasts to encompass the full spectrum of K-lifestyle.

An Olive Young spokesperson enthused that this festa represents a pivotal moment in the U.S. expansion, allowing us to showcase the full K-beauty experience to American consumers. It’s committed to creating a seamless ecosystem between the physical stores, online platform, and events like this to not only promote K-beauty but to establish a strong foundation for Korean brands to thrive in the global marketplace.
