BTS’s hit single “SWIM” has made a splash on Billboard’s Global Summer Songs chart in the U.S.

According to the group’s label Big Hit Music, “SWIM” secured the 6th spot on Billboard’s 2026 Global Song of the Summer chart and an impressive 2nd place on the Global (Excluding U.S.) ranking.

This chart compiles streaming data and sales figures from over 200 regions worldwide, as reported by Luminate, covering Billboard Global chart performance from June 6 to September 12.

During this period, “SWIM” dominated the Global (Excluding U.S.) chart, clinching the top spot eight times and maintaining a top-five position for an impressive 23 consecutive weeks. On the Global 200 chart, it reached number one four times and held steady in the top ten for 19 weeks.

ARIRANG, the album featuring “SWIM,” continues to make waves on the Billboard 200. In the latest chart (dated September 12), it climbed two spots to number 29, marking its 24th consecutive week on the chart.

Both ARIRANG and “SWIM” were released on March 20, simultaneously topping the Billboard 200 and the main singles chart, Hot 100. This marks BTS’s second time conquering both charts in the same week, following their 2020 success with the album BE and its title track “Life Goes On.” After its release, ARIRANG held the number one spot on the Billboard 200 for three straight weeks, solidifying BTS’s status as global music powerhouses.
