According to the 2026 Telecommunications, Smartphone, and Smartwatch Survey released by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) on Tuesday, Samsung Electronics scored 81 points in overall mobile phone satisfaction, securing first place.

The survey results were based on responses from approximately 30,000 American consumers between April of last year and March of this year. It covered various aspects including call quality, text messaging, artificial intelligence (AI) features, screen quality, and camera performance.

In the flagship model category, Samsung also led the pack with a score of 84, followed by Apple at 82 and Google at 80. Samsung dominated the foldable phone segment as well, scoring 80 points, while Google and Motorola secured second and third places with 72 and 70 points, respectively.
