Hudson AI, a leading artificial intelligence (AI) dubbing company, announced on Thursday that it’s teaming up with Sinclair Broadcast Group, America’s largest broadcasting conglomerate, to fast-track the introduction of K-content to U.S. audiences using cutting-edge AI dubbing technology.

The groundbreaking partnership was sealed with a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) on January 8 at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026, the world’s premier tech showcase in Las Vegas. Hudson AI is set to collaborate on launching a dedicated K-content channel, leveraging Sinclair’s extensive U.S. terrestrial broadcasting network.

This alliance aims to create a revolutionary global distribution model for Korean content by merging Hudson AI’s state-of-the-art AI dubbing technology with Sinclair’s far-reaching U.S. broadcast infrastructure.

The joint venture will bring a diverse array of Korean television shows, including hit dramas and variety programs, to American viewers, breaking down language barriers through advanced AI dubbing techniques.

Hudson AI will deploy its next-gen solution, Hudson Dubbing Studio 2.0, to localize an extensive range of content genres, from gripping dramas and blockbuster movies to live sports events, with high-fidelity, immersive multilingual dubbing.

The K-channel will showcase original Korean content while offering viewers the flexibility to choose between English and Spanish dubbed audio tracks, with plans to expand language options. What sets this apart is the technology’s ability to preserve the original performers’ emotional nuances and intonations, even replicating non-verbal cues like laughter and tears.

Through its sophisticated AI dubbing agent, which analyzes and fine-tunes the emotional trajectory and acting tone of each scene, Hudson AI has made significant strides in eliminating the awkward emotional delivery often associated with traditional dubbing methods.

In the latter half of last year, Hudson AI joined forces with major Korean media powerhouses such as CJ ENM and LG Electronics to localize over 400 hours of Korean drama content. This content was then distributed to commercial free ad-supported streaming (FAST) channels across North America and Europe.

The company is also breaking new ground in sports broadcasting. In partnership with LG Uplus, Hudson AI is pioneering AI-dubbed live broadcasts of Korean Baseball Organization (KBO) regular season games.

Shin Hyun-jin, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hudson AI, emphasized the significance of this collaboration, stating the partnership with Sinclair represents a pivotal moment for its AI dubbing technology as it expands into the U.S. terrestrial broadcasting market. It is committed to delivering K-content to American audiences in a more authentic and engaging manner than ever before.
